Who's the Econ Master?

I'll tell you who. Here's an email from my Econ professor, Marshall Gramm.

Becky,

Great work on the 101 final exam. You got a 94.5 which translated to a
110.5 after the big curve. In fact no one else scored above 100. Not that it means anything but that excellent performance pushed you all the way to class salutatorian (100.3 average for the course). Have a good summer and see you next fall in 102.

Class salutatorian as in I got the second-best grade out of everyone that took the class. Not as in, the class of 2007. Nevertheless, I am quite pleased with that performance, because if you remember, I was in the depths of an upper respiratory viral infection and self-medicating with large amounts of Dayquil. Consider me proud of myself.

Great job on your ECON class. I can't beleive that you were able to scratch out an A while you were so sick. you are a trooper!

Mateo:

Heck yeah! Way to go!

GrANDMA k:

Congratulations, Becky. I hope you can get what you want to do over the summer. But there is time to think about that--just get finished and get home for some rest, huh?
Love always, grandma K.
