The other day, when I was on my way out of Ameren at the end of the day, Lisa (supervisor) called me into Mike's (other supervisor) office. They had been talking about something when I smiled at them as I passed, and Lisa sort of caught me by the sleeve and asked.. "Hey. Do you know what a Hollaback Girl is?"
I paused, considered, and replied. "No."
Lisa: "Me neither, but my thirteen-year-old daughter does."

I think it refers to the whole cheerleader, girly-girl image.
