Running On Empty, Running On, Running Wild.         (Oct 09 2005)

Well, that was quite a weekend, sort of. I'll explain tomorrow but I just wanted to report that over the entire summer, my total distance that covered by my workouts (bike, elliptical machine, treadmill, and stair-climber) was 34.02 miles (over 14 weeks). As of right now, I have 32.35 miles (over 7 weeks). I have to say that I am really kicking butt. (My pace is improving, too. Seven weeks ago, my pace on a run was around 3.93 mph; as of last week, it was 4.92 mph. :D

[LATER]: I am stupid. I added up all the average paces of my workouts (bike, elliptical, treadmill, and stair-climber). I realized that and figure out the real numbers: 48.76 miles over the last seven weeks, and 244.87 over the 14 weeks of summer (it is so much higher because I did a lot more bike during the summer, and I am mostly running now).
