[7:30pm] And I used to fly like Peter Pan / All the children flew when I touched their hands.
[7:25pm] Do you remember that song that we used to sing in elementary school, something about peanut butter? It went "Peeeeanut, peanut butter.. and jelly!" Well, in a flash, the memory came to me. Eighth grade English class, Mr Fisher's face as Dawn D sang "Bilbo... Bilbo Baggins... and Gandolf!" Yeah!!
[5:08pm] In the sixth or eighth inning, Will told me "Let's go get some water." So I said, "Okay" and I went with him. Joe came with us. They both decided to go to the bathroom, and then Will asked where the water fountain was, and I pointed to it, but it was right there. Will said, "I knew that" and he got a drink. I asked "Is that it?" and Will said "No" and he got another drink. Then Joe laughed and asked if that was all and Will said "Oh, maybe one more" and we both laughed. Then we went back to our seats. I wondered why I went.
[5:03pm] The ballgame was really really fun. We lost, though. 7 - 0, but that's okay because my friends are the best people. Ashley saw this usher guy that looked like Justin Behlman, so she kept yelling, "Hey Justin!" to get his attention. It was so funny, and also she saw a cotton candy vender with bleach blonde hair, and she referred to him as Eminem. The seating was as follows: first row: [empty seat], Joe, Kris, Andy; second row: Amanda, Ashley, me, Will. Eventually Ashley talked to the usher, whose name turned out not to be Justin. His name was Aaron and he was 21. He didn't look 21, only 16 or 17. She got his autograph on her ball, along with Mike Bush and Christy the batboy. Kind of a weird name for a boy, but whatever. She (Ashley) signed it too.

[3:36pm] I've spent days on this, putting this together. So, without further ado, I present: *dramatic music* the Blog Chronicles. It's just there in case you want to read everything I've ever written on calapitter (excluding before May 25 00, which is like nothing there anyway.)
[9:00am] Today I go to the ballpark with 6 of my friends (Amanda, Ashley, Andrew, Joe, Will, and Kris) (dang, I have a lot of friends whose names start with A) (well) (3 anyway.) My mom is driving us but she's sitting in section 134 or something like that, while we're in 340. All of our tickets were free, because I got straight As first quarter and there's a program where you get 4 free tix if you get straight As. And then there were our fan appreciation tickets.. that's 4 more. Anyway. My mom's ticket cost us money, but oh well.

[12:56pm] Knock knock. Who's there? Interrupting cow. Interrupting cow wh— MOO!
[12:54pm] Knock knock. Who's there? Cowgo. Cowgo who? No, owl go hoo. Cow go moo.
[9:22am] Crap. Cards are tied with Cubs for first in the division. Rrrrr. Down with the Cubs. *casts bad-luck voodoo spell*

[12:47pm] I'm up, I'm up. Today is the first day of summer. Yeah, I'm liking it. The weather is beautiful, but I'm quite tired. I was up until 6:30 am, but I slept til like noon, so I'll be okay. Maybe I'll take another nap sometime today. I don't think anyone is expecting much out of me today.

052501
[8:23pm] I have something in my eye. Probably makeup. I used my mom's Umberto Something-er-other anti-frizz shampoo and it's not working. My hair (only in the back, mind you) is frizzing up already. Aahhh! But my legs are shaved, so, oh well.
[5:29pm] Steve's birthday is today. It's also the one year anniversary of the Blog at calapitter. I started it May 25 2000. Woop-dee-doo! Anyway. Back to Steve.
Steve: I just got my nipple pierced
Becky: Bet it hurts.
Steve: actually not really
Steve: only a little
Becky: That's good then.
Steve: Well I will show you tonight but for now I will talk to you later
Becky: Okay then..
Steve: bye

[5:18pm] A short, but GOOD, nap.
[3:21pm] Tonight is the band lock-in. Fun fun fun! That starts at 10:00. Hmm.. That means that I have to be packed and ready to leave by 9:30, which means that I have to start packing at 9:00. Before that, I'll be taking a shower and getting otherwise ready to leave, so that must start at 8:20. A half hour of playing before that, starting at 7:50. What I'm trying to do here is see where I can get a nap in because I'm not going to sleep much tonight.
The thing about taking naps is that I wake up all disoriented and crazy, wondering what I'm going to have for breakfast. I better go to sleep soon then, so that I can get oriented in time for dinner. All right. See ya!

[3:20pm] YAY!!!!!!!

[6:45am] Today is the last day of school. After today, I will have 14 credits, been through half of high school, and I will be a junior. This makes me happy.

052401
[5:24pm] The counter reads 4,100.
[5:20pm] I did very well on my finals today!

052301
[6:28pm] Two days ago, Mr Leech handed out our Test Folders. They're manila folders that contain all of our tests. With these tests we are supposed to study for our final, as every question on the final except for one (the essay) is taken directly from past tests. I, though, did not study. Instead, I did "free association", which wasn't REALLY free association. Just thoughts I was having. Today, Mr Leech read my thoughts out loud to the class. It went like this:
"Lunchtime, be NOW. Ring, bell, ring. I'm hungry and my foot hurts." At the foot thing, everyone laughed. I don't know why. "'I am Grammar Queen, with no need to study ahahahaa,' she said, right before she flunked Honors English II. I think I'll just keep writing until the bell rings. Not, I'll stop now. (My hand's tired.) Ring, bell, ring."
[3:32pm] I talked to Miss Speck today and my current schedule is as follows: first hour Spanish III, second hour Computer Ops I and Girls weight training (but I'm going to change this hour), third hour English III, fourth hour Independent Study for Gifted People (YES HAHAHA), fifth hour Pre Calculus, sixth hour American History, and seventh hour Marching Band and Coed PE. Second hour I've got a bunch of choices as to what I want to take, but I think I'll just tell Miss Speck to sign me up for Marketing. That's what I want to do, and it'll serve my purpose.
[3:15pm] My brother is 13 years and two months old today. Something else, too. I bet you didn't know that I was having trouble with getting my schedule to fit nicely and have everything I wanted. My problem was really with Spanish III first hour. I couldn't seem to fit PreCalc and Chemistry both in. So I'm not taking Chemistry this year. Next year (senior year, I mean) I will. Either that or Advanced Biology. Bleh.

052201
[8:15pm] Kris and I were making lists of things we want.
Becky: 4.) My heel to be healed.. ahaha
Kris: lol
Kris: 1. A license so I can drive anywhere I want to.
Becky: 5.) Not ever having to go to the bathroom again.
Kris: 2. A job so I can have some money.
Kris: And you stole my 3rd one.
Becky: The bathroom one? :)
Kris: Yep.

052101
[5:31pm] Joe and I talked.
Joey: I'll think about you when I'm doing English... :)
Becky: No you won't
Joey: Yea.. I will..
Becky: You'll think.. hmm.. verb.
Becky: And then.. hmm.. my mom's an English teacher..
Becky: And then.. hrm.. who was I spost to think about?
Becky: And then.. oh yeah.. Bunchy or whatever.. forget her
Becky: And then you'll continue doing your work
Joey: And then I'll think about the Grammar Queen..
Joey: No.. I'll think about you.. And I'll start making out with my English book..
Becky: AWESOME
Joey: and then I'll wake up and there'll be gooey stuff everywhere..
Becky: Wake up???
Joey: (spit)
Becky: Do you go to sleep when you make out?
Joey: Well.. out of the day dream..
[5:25pm] Not for the weak of heart or stomach. It's my foot.
[6:08am] I'm trying to get my Speech final outline done!! AAAAHhh!! My foot. It looks sooo nasty. The skin there was already dead, and it turned all white. When I took my shower this morning, I kept thinking it was soap and I kept trying to wash it off. But it wasn't soap. It was FOOT!! OOWWW!

052001
[8:27pm] I took a shower and when I got out, my foot slipped and it slid into the air-conditioning register, which has a sharp edge. It decided to slice me and my foot decided to bleed, a lot. But it's pretty much stopped now. I don't know what I'll do tomorrow, I don't know how much it'll hurt to wear a shoe. Hoooo doggies this thing hurts.
[9:41am] This one isn't particularly funny, but.. okay.
Becky: I don't know how to make boy clothes.
Kris: Take apart a pair of your brother's pants to figure it out.
Becky: I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

[9:13am] Another. Joe's a year younger than me. Actually, 9 months and about two weeks younger. Yes, his birthday is on New Year's Eve, December 31st. Isn't that cool?
Becky: I'll cry at graduation.
Becky: I'll cry at band camp senior year.
Becky: I'll cry now.
Becky: Not really. :)
Joey: I don't know if I will, or not..
Becky: Robbie said he would. If he doesn't, I'll punch him in the arm until he does. :)
Joey: lol, I'll probably cry at your senior year.. you and Robbie will be leaving me..
Becky: I won't be the only one with smeared mascara.. But Robbie doesn't wear mascara, so I'll have to either make Robbie a cross dresser, or punch a girl.
[8:54am] I'm going through my AIM files so they'll be a lot of funny little tidbits. Here's one already:
Becky: Do YOU know the words to Ode to Joy?
Becky: It was written like 400 years ago!
Joey: I don't think so...
Becky: I don't keep up with pop culture like I should.

051901
[8:46am] Today I am going to graduation, because I am in band and I have to play the customary song. Except this year, we're going to add that small piece of music from Space Oddesey 2001 before there's a timpani roll, which leads us into the duuuuuuh-duh-nuh-nuh-duuuuhh-nuuuuuh.. et cetera. I won't cry. I have no reason to cry. Yesterday Lindsey R was crying because Stacy and Jamie were graduating. Stacy and Jamie are in guard, and Lindsey was in guard this year. Kris didn't cry and she's been in guard twice as long as Lindsey.. that's just because she's stronger. Yeah. I didn't cry at all. But I will next year. Definitely.

[6:30am] The other day we did a compliment sheet in speech. That's where you write your name on the top of a piece of paper and you pass it to your right. The person to your right (you're all in a big circle in the room) writes their name, a dash, and then a compliment about you. It's very cool. Here's (some of?) mine.
Carlo M - You are a stud. Becky, you are funny and crazy, both of which are good qualities. You an origamimi crane artist.
Richard W - It is a good thing to be as assertive as you are. Also, from what I hear, you are the Grammar Queen.
Ben B - Becky, we never talked much but I always thought you were a good person. God bless.
Evan S - I am glad we have a couple of classes together. You always put a lot of insight into the classes that we are in together.
Steve C - You are a very good trumpet player. I like your shirt [I wore my Seaworld shirt that day]. Very happy to be friends with you.
Rachel G - I really liked your how to speech. You seem very sweet and I really like your handwriting.
Jeana G - Loved having this class with you. You remind me of one of my best friends from Wisconsin. Thanx for being you.
Tammy G - You are really funny and you have a good attitude about things.
Stephanie P - I never realy talk to you that much but when I do, you really listen. You always think positively. There should be more people like you at our school.
Kate F - *heart* Beck, you are so awesome! I love you so much. You're one of my very best friends. Thanks for always listening to my complaining. *heart*
David C - I don't really know you but I'm sure you're an easy person to get along with.
Nathan C - Now I can make a bird out of paper. You have a really cool attitude about life.
Justin A - I learned how to make a paper bird from you. Not really, mind sucked. But I tried. You did a good job on it though. You're really cool.
Chris P - You are really funny. I hope you have a great high school life. Enjoy while you can.
Andrew B - I love you!! You're my favorite fiancee. Your jokes always brighten the day and you are the Grammar Queen.
Tim S - I had a lot of fun in 6th hour. You made the project enjoyable.
Brandy W - It's fun sitting with you at lunch.
Michelle W - I am glad that I had you in my class to get to know you. You are very nice.
Lindsay R - You always seem to be able to say what's on your mind and you're really down to earth. Keep going for whatever you want because you'll get it.
Kellie S - You are a really nice person. I love how you have a pair of sandals to go with every outfit.
Lindsey R - You're a funny person. I love your shoe collection and your dog is so cute! See you this summer!
Ashley H - Becky, thank you so much for everything. You are such a great friend. I'm so glad we became friends. Thanks for the PJs! Don't worry about the sweatshirt thing either. You're great!

[3:44pm] Hi. I've been gone for a bit while my dad put a lot more memory on my computer. I originally had 96 megs, now I have 220-something. Wow!

051201
[6:46pm] I think this guy/gal is amusing. (I can't really tell any gender, specifically.) Not particularly funny amusing. But entertaining, as to keep one NOT BORED. I don't know why that's in caps. I just felt like putting it like that.
[8:23am] I was going through past blogs and I found this stupid little conversation between my brother and I and I just thought it was soo funny. I was playing Tetris on my computer and not thinking about anything. Just blabbering.
Me: "Wow. For a second there, I didn't feel emotionally attached to anything."
Me: [after a pause] "Have you ever felt that way?"
Tyler: "Well I used to be that way too before I listened to Larry King and he helped me get back on my feet."

[9:30pm] I just emailed that story to my Grammy. I hope she enjoys it.
[9:18pm] On the cruise ship, there were other groups besides our band. There was a school from St Augustine who had their jazz band and their concert band compete (like we did.) And another school from Pennsylvania came too. But the St. Augustine group had their band and the blind group came. And when I was at a dance, one of the blind kids came up to me and started talking to me. I didn't know he was blind, though. As we kept talking, his eyes drifted downward.. downward.. toward my chest. His eyes lingered there and I was like "Hellooo.." and waved my hand in front of his eyes.. and my friend Amanda came up behind me and whispered, "He's blind, stupid." I just about died.
[4:54pm] Fourteen days from today, I will not have school for three months. AAHHH! I'm going to die from waiting! I'm so eager for school to end so that I can get stuff done!

051001
[4:27pm] I have decided to have a fashion show at the end of next year. I'm going to design and sew all of the clothes. I've got a simple structure idea right now. A couple themes: red, blue, black, yellow. Something like that. A boy outfit and a girl outfit for each color theme, except for one theme. White. That'd be the last outfit, and she'd be the queen of the show. No, I wouldn't wear that outfit. Probably my redhead friend, since her skin is pale and her hair is so red. We could poof it up and give her some really dark eyeshadow and lip color. She'd look all cool and funky.
Another thing with the queen is that all the boys from the other themes would come out with her.. and all this techno funky music is going on and she's looking around and all the boys are looking at her.. and then the music would stop just as all those guys and the queen would leave the stage. And I'd pop out from behind the curtains, give a short wave, and it'd be the glorious fantastic ending.
I really want to do this. I must keep my mind on this and not wimp out. I have a whole year in order to wimp out. I also have a whole year to NOT WIMP OUT. A whole year to design and sew all the clothes! DO IT!!

[5:25pm] I got back around noon today. I had McDonalds for lunch, a major contrast as to what I had been eating before. But I good one, because I love McDonalds with all my heart. In a while, I will try and type out, day by day, spring trip. Then I will put it on here for everyone to see.

[5:21pm] These kids at lunch today, the jerks, came up to us and offered us a cookie. Actually, it was only Dodie, who is very pretty and small and a gymnast (I think) since she was 4. She had a piece of cookie in each hand. "You guys want some? I'm stuffed!" Of course, Roy the Mooch took one, and so did Duane, just because he was closest. Roy, the polite boy he is, says, "Thank you Doddiiieee," holding out the last syllable, and she returns with a "You're wellcoooome." I wondered what was going on when her voice slipped at the end.. up an octave.
Roy didn't care. He shoved the cookie in his mouth, getting the blue icing all over his face. He turned to Dodie (sitting at another table) and said, "Hey that was really good," or something like that. Then the laughing started. First Dodie and then her comrades and then other kids in their vicinity and finally kids further away. Roy smiles uneasily. Over the laughing I can hear someone say "Ex-lax.." and I finally understand. How horrible. Sometimes I love this school, but sometimes it is ruined for me. Some senior prank.
[6:33am] The boat.
[6:27am] I'm writing less and less so that you'll get used to the idea that I'm going on a cruise with band. SPRING TRIP! I leave tomorrow, and tonight I have to finish my laundry and pack. I am SOOOO excited. I still owe my mom $31, but that's okay. I'll finish it when I get back. I have a ton of homework to do.
Lemme see, I've got Biology done except for one Nutrition worksheet, and I have all the Spanish done, except that I have to make up the Spanish test (which is tomorrow), but I'm just going to do that seventh hour today. I'm going to miss a History test, but I will just hafta make that up later. In English, we're probably gonna start To Kill a Mockingbird soon, so I'll have to maybe make up some of that. Algebra, they'll just be outside shooting their slingshots all week and figuring out the equations and stuff. I'll just fill up on that when I get back.
