Tried out my free 7-day pass to 24 Hour Fitness today: did 25 min on elliptical (2.15 mi = 281 cal), 15 min on bike (102 cal), and 20 minutes on this interesting torso rotation/cardio machine (213 cal).
I went out to Grant's Trail and rode 20 miles in 1 hour, 49 minutes, and 40 seconds. I used my new little speedometer/odometer toy to measure these things, which also has a thermometer in it, so I saw that the temp varied from 89 to 99 degrees. Whew! Also, I did 10 minutes of QuickFix Abs before riding.
Mom and I went out to Kady Trail in St. Charles and I did the SC to Greenbottom portion, a 12.4 mi roundtrip, in 64 minutes.
Rode 10 miles in 60 minutes, Grant's Trail.
I rode 11 miles of Grant's Trail in about 60 minutes. I think I'm getting stronger leg muscles. Also, to even things out, I played half an hour of Wii. I love Wii Boxing. I'm going to play that so much this summer and get such buff arms, it'll be awesome.
Rode 6 miles on Grant's Trail, in about 40 minutes.
Rode 16 miles on Grant's Trail in about 95 minutes. Whew!
Rode 10 miles on Grant's Trail, in 55 minutes.
