Cardio: 19.5 min treadmill (1.55 mi = 188.5 cal). I was planning on running a 5k on the treadmill, but I started feeling bad and like I just couldn't go on. I don't know what the deal was, but I got off the machine.

I tried my first 5k today. Cardio: 42 min treadmill (3.12 mi = 385 cal). I thought I was going to throw up myself inside out. But I lived and I did it.
Cardio: 27 min treadmill (2.05 mi = 238 cal), 15 min bike (3.3 mi = 81 cal), 10 min elliptical machine (0.81 mi = 100.5 cal). Strength: 15 lat pulls (@60lb), 17 bicep curls (@35lb) 40 ab presses (@70lb). And I feel really good; I got the aches out of my sides and legs. All I need now is a neck massage. :)
