Cardio: 24 min treadmill (2.00 mi = 260 cal).
Cardio: 17 min treadmill (1.45 mi = 192 cal).
Cardio: 23 min bike (8.28 mi = 132 cal). Later, Yoga: 90 minutes.
Cardio: 22 min treadmill (1.82 mi = 240 cal). I am really speeding up. I like this exercising almost every day. (I did a little bit of yoga yesterday, too. It makes me so sore that I'm taking today off from it.)
90 minutes yoga. And I am sore. :( I didn't know I was such a wimp.
Cardio: 37.75 min treadmill (3.1 mi = 422 cal).
Cardio: I walked 5 miles with my mom today at Grant's trail.
Cardio: 24 min treadmill (1.99 mi = 260 cal). You know, just eight weeks ago, it took me 29 minutes to run 1.9 miles. That's 15.3 minutes per mile (3.93 mph). And today's run was 12.1 minutes per mile (4.98 mph). Not bad..

Cardio: 30 min elliptical machine (2.87 mi = 379 cal).
Cardio: 15 min elliptical (1.34 mi = 174 cal), 15 min treadmill (1.22 mi = 158 cal).
Cardio: 25 minutes treadmill (2.07 mi = 270 cal). (I also tested myself to see how far I could run in 11 minutes and it turned out to be a little more than a mile. Yay.)
Cardio: 25 min treadmill (2.04 mi = 265 cal). My legs are actually sore today. My legs, not my knees or ankles.
