Yoga class at the Y for 45 minutes, 15 min treadmill (1.21 mi = 162 cal).
After a workout hiatus, I got back into it today: 45 minute yoga class at the Y, and 15 minutes treadmill (1.18 mi = 156 cal).
Cardio: 15 min treadmill (1.19 mi = 137.5 cal). Not interested in running today because of soreness from yoga. =( Later in the evening: 20 min power yoga tape.
