I felt myself getting yucky from a.) lack of exercise, b.) homework for hours.. so I decided to take a break from the HW and do some Billy's Bootcamp.. I did the 35 minute abs workout. I am so proud of myself! It was very tough, but maybe one of these days, my stomach will look like this. Hey! It's a goal!
Yoga class at school: 60 minutes.
Yoga tape in my room: 20 minutes. I am very sore from yesterday's class: esp hamstrings (or quads, whichever is in the back of your legs), arms (esp triceps), shoulders, and at the base of my spine.. but all of it is lovely.
Yoga class at school: 90 minutes.
Yoga class at school: 60 minutes.
