Yoga class: 45 minutes (easy: almost all meditation.)
I did my Friday workout with my brother on Saturday. Billy's Bootcamp Ab DVD: 35 minutes.
Yoga class: 60 minutes hard.
Billy's Bootcamp Ab DVD: 35 minutes. :) I did so well tonight. I had two take only 2 brief water breaks, and I spent less time huffing and puffing, and more time putting all my effort into the exercises. I was telling Drew that I kind of figured a way to get around the pain: just recognize it, instead of putting all this importance into it. It's supposed to hurt. It's abs.
Billy Blanks Basic Workout: 25 minutes. I am soaked in sweat and that's less than half the workout on that DVD. (Ponders what the ULTIMATE Workout would be like.) This I will stick with, I'm thinking. It might even give me that trim abdomen I've been working toward. If I got that, then I'd probably be thrilled with myself.
Yoga class: 65 minutes (hard!)
