Mom and I hit the Y. Cardio: 15 min bike (5.4 mi = 87 cal). Weights: 30 lat pulls (@50lbs), 20 bicep curls (@25lbs), 15 delt presses (@35lbs), 50 ab presses (@70lbs), 50 reps on hip abductor (@100lbs), 50 reps on hip adductor (@75lbs), 50 leg presses (@90lbs), 35 leg extensions (@50lbs), 30 calf extensions (@45lbs), and 20 reps on torso rotation (@50lbs) in each direction.
Walked 3+ miles with Mom at the WHS track (73 minutes).
30 minutes QF Yoga, 30 minutes QF Pilates, 10 minutes QF Abs.
Took 5-6 mile walk alone, played in pool with Ty for half hour.
Ran around for 20 minutes with Rosco, took 3-4 mile walk with Ty.
30 min QF Yoga.
10 min of QF (QuickFix) Yoga, 20 min of QF Abs, 20 min of QF Pilates, and 10 min of QF Kickboxing. YEAH!
