        I went out to Grant&apos;s Trail and rode 20 miles in 1 hour, 49 minutes, and 40 seconds. I used my new little speedometer/odometer toy to measure these things, which also has a thermometer in it, so I saw that the temp varied from 89 to 99 degrees. Whew! Also, I did 10 minutes of QuickFix Abs before riding.
