         <description>Tried out my free 7-day pass to 24 Hour Fitness today: did 25 min on elliptical (2.15 mi = 281 cal), 15 min on bike (102 cal), and 20 minutes on this interesting torso rotation/cardio machine (213 cal).</description>

         <title>thursday june 28 2007</title>
         <description>I went out to Grant&apos;s Trail and rode 20 miles in 1 hour, 49 minutes, and 40 seconds. I used my new little speedometer/odometer toy to measure these things, which also has a thermometer in it, so I saw that the temp varied from 89 to 99 degrees. Whew! Also, I did 10 minutes of QuickFix Abs before riding.</description>

         <description>I rode 11 miles of Grant&apos;s Trail in about 60 minutes. I think I&apos;m getting stronger leg muscles. Also, to even things out, I played half an hour of Wii. I love Wii Boxing. I&apos;m going to play that so much this summer and get such buff arms, it&apos;ll be awesome.</description>
