Out of Orbit 3/31/02 10:27pm What happened just now? I went away for eight days and Look what has happened. I don't even know. I feel like a telephone with no cord. I'm out of reach, out of balance. So is everyone else. Where am I? My antennae aren't picking up any clues, and I think I'm somewhere I shouldn't be. Overdramatizing, of course. I'm casually lost. No, not lost. That's too frantic. Misguided? Troubled? Distracted? Disoriented. I'm tossing my threads, Walt, but They're not catching anything. I didn't get anything out of my eight days. Maybe it's vice versa. So what did they get out of me?
